Will leads CapShift’s investment research team in sourcing, evaluating, and allocating capital to impact investment opportunities across asset classes. Prior to CapShift, Will worked across institutional investment management and private markets. He began his career at Cambridge Associates where he was a part of consulting teams in the firm’s Pension Practice, advising institutional clients on portfolio strategy and manager selection. Will also spent time at HarbourVest Partners as a Senior Associate, where he focused on underwriting and allocating primary investments in emerging and diverse managers across the lower middle market and venture capital. Will has an MBA and Social Entrepreneurship Certificate from the Kelley School of Business and O'Neil School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and a BA from Boston College in English and Economics.
