Maggie Kirby Weiland is Craft3’s Chief Development Officer, and leads Craft3’s development department and capitalization strategy. She is responsible for the development of a diverse and stable funding base to support the achievement of Craft3’s mission, strategy, and business objectives. In addition to ensuring the quality and effectiveness of Craft3’s fundraising activities, Maggie leads investor relations, and is focused on the cultivation and negotiation of debt instruments, including its Community Impact Investment Note, to capitalize loans and support asset growth and outcome achievement. Maggie has been with Craft3 for 19 years, and has over 15 years of capital-raising experience, with a track record of having raised more than $500 million in financial resources for Craft3. She brings over 20 years of experience in community development finance, nonprofit management and natural resource conservation. Maggie received a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College.
