Susan Weingartner, CAIA, is the Founder and Legacy Advisor at Weingartner Legacy Co., where she helps successful families prepare the people behind the wealth. Her work focuses on the conversations and decisions that financial structures alone cannot solve, helping families navigate identity, alignment, stewardship, and continuity across generations. Susan brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of capital, impact, and entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Weingartner Legacy Co., she co-founded Green Canopy NODE, a sustainable real estate company where she helped raise four impact investment funds, and later served as CEO of Cambia Capital. She is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and has spent much of her career helping investors connect capital with purpose. Today, Susan brings that experience to the human side of wealth, working alongside families and their advisors to surface the conversations that help families move from shared values to meaningful alignment and action.
