With more than seventeen years of experience in the investment industry, he previously served as Director of ESG Research at Parnassus Investments, where he led sustainable investment research and strategy. Iyassu serves on the boards of US SIF and Envest Microfinance and is passionate about helping advisors build stronger practices through meaningful professional connections and shared knowledge. He earned his bachelor's degree in biology from the University of San Francisco and continues to advocate for innovation across the wealth management industry.
